Full exterior roof walk. We check every square foot of shingles, every flashing transition, every penetration seal. Pipe boots squeezed for brittleness. Chimney flashing probed for gaps. Valley channels checked for debris buildup and wear. Photos taken of every finding.
Attic & Ventilation Check
We enter the attic to check from below. Soffit vent airflow verified. Ridge vent continuity checked. Insulation levels measured. Roof deck inspected for moisture stains, mold, daylight, or sagging between rafters. This catches problems the surface walk can't see.
Findings Delivered
